Warranty Policy
1. New Parts
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: New parts will be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Please have in mind some new items might be from New Old Stock and thereby not covered by the manufacter’s warranty.
2. Used Parts
- As-Is Sale: Used parts are sold “as-is” and are not covered by any warranty, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Warranty Claims
- Notification: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a copy of your purchase order or invoice as proof of purchase.
- Inspection: We may require you to return the defective part for inspection.
- Replacement or Repair: If your warranty claim is approved, we will either replace the defective part or repair it at no additional cost. If neither of these two options is possible, we will proceed with refunding the value of the item, excluding any shipping costs.
- Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired part to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective part to us, unless otherwise specified.
Limitations and Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- This warranty does not cover parts that have been installed incorrectly.
- This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with the replacement or repair of defective parts.
Payment / Order Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
- PayPal: You can make payments directly through your PayPal account.
- Bank Transfer: You can transfer funds directly to our bank account. Please contact our customer support team for bank details.
- Multibanco/MB Way: Exclusive for portuguese customers
Payment must be made after placing the order. If this does not occur within 2 working days after placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
The fact that payment details were sent to the buyer does not mean that the item is reserved. The reservation of the article only takes place with payment.

- Sales Tax: We will charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within jurisdictions where applicable.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping address of your order. If the shipping cost is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded using the same payment method.

6. Order Policy
- All orders are sent via CTT or other carrier, depending on the destination, and the shipment is only carried out on working days, and weekends and holidays are not counted for the estimate of delivery.
- Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of January 7, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel any orders whose final price is wrong or out of date or whenever there is an error in programming, as well as in the event that the contractual proposal arrives at its destination incorrectly and the error concerns an essential element of the contract. The customer will be notified of this fact before payment has been made. However, if payment has already been made, the User customer will be refunded in full.
- Orders will only be processed after the respective payment confirmation has been made and will be sent to the address requested at the time of the order, so it is not possible to guarantee the availability of the items until the start of the respective order processing.
- On shipments to countries outside the European Union and depending on the laws of each country, Customs may require payment of taxes, which will be borne by the customer.
- In the event that any order shipped by Orfini, for whatever reason (absence, wrong address, etc.), has not been delivered to the customer, the customer must file a claim within 2 months of shipment, otherwise the order will be given as lost and the customer will not be entitled to any credit for the order.
- Any change to the order information, after its submission, must be communicated by email and provided that the order has not been shipped. If shipment has already taken place, additional costs may apply.
- Any delay verified in the shipment of the order, in view of the shipping dates presented, does not entitle the customer to any compensation.
- In the event that the customer places the order and payment and subsequently withdraws from the order, and if the order has not yet been shipped, the customer will bear the charge, corresponding to administrative expenses, of 5.00€.

Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
- New Parts: You may return new, unused, and undamaged parts within 14 days of receipt.
- Used Parts: Used parts are generally non-returnable due to their specific nature and condition. However, in cases of significant misrepresentation or damage not disclosed in the product description, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: Obtain a return authorization from our customer support team.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your purchase order or invoice with the returned item.
- Customs Taxes: If your country is located outside the European Union, it is highly likely that customs fees will apply upon return. The customer is responsible for paying them. In cases where payment is not made by the customer, this cost will be deducted from the amount refunded, after the entire item verification procedure.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.
4. Exceptions
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
- Special orders and custom-made items are non-returnable.
